Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Hey there! We know that sometimes things don't quite work out as planned, and that's okay! We are a small business and every return is a big deal to us, but we want to make sure you're happy with your new gear. So, as soon as you receive it, try it on and give it a whirl! That way, if you need to return or exchange it, we can make sure we're all good within our 30-day return/exchange window. We're here to help, and we want you to love your new gear!
Refunds (when applicable)
Alright, listen up folks! We totally get it - buying clothes online can be tough. That's why we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As soon as we receive your return, we'll shoot you an email to let you know we've got it. And don't worry, we won't judge if you've worn it a few times or spilled some coffee on it (we've all been there). But, if the returned products are a little too "loved" (aka dirty), we won't be able to give you a refund - sorry, not sorry. On the bright side, if everything checks out, we'll get that refund processed and applied to your original method of payment in just 7 days! We'll make sure to keep you in the loop every step of the way, so keep an eye on that inbox!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We are always on top of our game when it comes to refunds. If you're eagerly waiting for your refund and it hasn't shown up yet, don't fret! Give your credit card company a little nudge first, as it may take a few days before it shows up on your statement. If you've already done this and still no luck, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be more than happy to hop on the case.
If you ordered the wrong size, don't sweat it! We've got you covered with our easy exchange process. Just shoot us an email at email@example.com and we'll work with you to find the perfect fit. We'll even cover the cost of shipping the new size(s) back to you. The only catch is that you'll need to ship the original item back to us (in its new, unworn condition) and cover the shipping cost. To avoid any exchange hassles, be sure to check out our size charts before placing your order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you. It will vary by location, but feel free to reach out if you think there's an issue and we'd be glad to help!
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What is Not Returnable?
- Items not purchased at mozziestyle.com (i.e. - a third party reseller or auction sale).
- Close out items marked "final sale".
- For hygienic reasons, items that are washed or worn.
- International purchases.
