Here's a little bit more information about our shipping policies and procedures.

How Long Does it Take to Process An Order?
For in-stock items, please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.  If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

If you are ordering a back-ordered item, delivery time will vary based on the item(s) ordered. We will reach out to you via email after you place your order to let you know we received your order and provide an estimated ship date. You will receive tracking information once the order is on it's way to you. 

Bulk wholesale orders delivery time is 4-6 weeks. If you need your items sooner, please reach out to us at and we will make every effort to accommodate your timeline. 

Where Do We Ship To?
We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in Oklahoma, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. International shipping takes longer. 

Domestic Shipping

If you are in the U.S., it also depends on what shipping method you select when you check out. If you select Standard Shipping, we will send your order via USPS regular mail. USPS typically delivers within 2-8 business days. If you select Expedited Shipping at check out, we will send your order via USPS Priority Mail which is delivered in 3 days domestically. 

International Shipping

International shipping options are available from UPS, DHL, and USPS with up-to-date rates provided at check out.

You will be responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. We are not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges. For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. We are not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we cannot refund the charge for original shipping.

If for some reason, Mozzie Style is invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. In summary; you will have to pay taxes and duties in your own country. This is extra and we have no control over it. By purchasing from Mozzie Style, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes
UPS and DHL have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address if you plan to ship with either of these carriers.

Once the package label has been created, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order. If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
