  • Blocks Mosquitoes AND Noseeums!

This jacket is made with a sheer mesh that has very tiny holes that block a variety of annoying insects including ticks, mosquitoes, noseeums, black flies and more!

  • Made for Hot/Humid Climates

Feel the breeze even on those hot and muggy days! Our founders are in the deep South and they designed this jacket to be comfortable on those hot night and buggy evenings.

  • Eco-Friendly

Not only is this jacket insecticide free to keep beneficial insects like bees and butterflies safe, it's also made with 98% recycled polyester (typically made with recycled water bottles).

Drawstring Hood

Pull up the hood and use the drawstring to tighten. Great for when the bugs are going for your neck or swarming your head.

Pockets

These pockets were added by request from customers like you! Deep enough to hold your phone, and keep your hands bite free.

Soft Ribbed Knit Cuffs

The waist band and sleeves feature a soft ribbed knit band that is stretchy and comfortable. Tight enough to keep the insects from crawling up, but not as restricting as traditional elastic bands.

Like it but...

For my body shape I should have gone up a size because in the few areas where the jacket and pants are right next to my skin (as happens when you move around) the mosquitoes are still able to bite. So looser is better. Overall though it has prevented many bites that I would have otherwise received while gardening. Of course wearing it is warmer than not covering up but there is one nasty no-see-um bug that so far has not been able to bite - well as long as I do up the zipper!

Nice Bug Jacket

I have worn my jacket a couple of times and no bites. I get a lot of no seeums and didn't have bites with my jacket. Nicely made. The seams are a little scratchy because of the mesh. It is attractive enough to wear to outdoor functions like concerts and picnics.

Love it!

It is nice a cool and the mosquitoes and flies can’t get me. Apparently I am the tastiest person on the block. One suggestion for the designer is to cover the seam at the neck so it is not itchy. Otherwise it is perfect!

Works but hood has marginal value

Easy to put on and take off because of front zipper, which is why I bought it. My zipper needed some lubrication to get it to move. While the hood can keep bugs off your neck and out of your hair, it leaves your face exposed so has little value to me where I live in northern Minnesota. I suppose it's better than nothing if you don't have a bug hat or forget to bring one along. XL fit me at 5'9" 215 pounds.
