I really like the way this jacket looks as opposed to some of the floppy stuff on Amazon- and didn’t realize I ordered one with stripes so that was a fun surprise
I think this would really benefit from an elastic insert inside the waistband that can be adjusted tighter or looser as well as Velcro on the cuffs for the same reason
That could take this from kind of a cheesy camping or backyard product to something that could be used during long camping trips and in the outdoors
Those kind of items need to have an ability to adjust, not just between customers, but for customers, so it can be adjusted around gloves. It can be adjusted to let some air up. It can be adjusted to be really tight.
And for something like this, sometimes I wanna wear it over a bathing suit or something like tights at which point I would tighten the waist, but if I had jeans on or something more bulky based on where this hits it would need to be opened.
I am 5 foot 2 148 pounds and the large women’s special peach jacket was way too big. The medium fits more loose around the waist than around the chest, but I don’t wanna risk the smaller size not fitting.
I have big hips and legs and the medium white pants were quite large on bare skin, which I kinda hope to wear a tank top and tight shorts while out in the yard or backyard so I don’t have to use bug spray in the evenings
I can imagine these would be good over pants if it was cold enough for pants, but also warm enough for mosquitoes
Same features would vastly improve these pants something other than a very thin tie string like two side Velcro adjustments, or sometimes a thicker elastic band with buttons so it can be made for smaller versus larger waste, and the legs could easily have a black elastic with a plastic adjustment like mini outdoors pants so if it’s on a bare ankle, you’re not getting mosquitoes flying up; I have abnormally large calves due to pots, and my ankles are big and these were fairly loose
Company has good customer service and return policy so I hope they will take this into consideration and make a higher quality product as sure seems there’s a market for it
