Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We are a small business, so every return is a big deal to us. Please try out your new gear when you receive it so we don't miss the return/exchange window of 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We want you to love your new gear, and if you don't, we want to help you return or exchange it. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a return label. Or, just return the shipment to PO Box 6114, Norman, OK 73071.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the returned products are dirty and/or have been obviously worn several times, we won't be able to provide you a refund. Unfortunately, we've had several people take advantage by purchasing products, wearing it on their trip/outing and then trying to return it for a full refund. We know that most people return because they don't like the fit or it's just not what they expected - and we totally understand - it's really hard to buy clothing online! If the returned products are clean and in good condition, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. We will let you know via email either way!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet and we have informed you that we have approved one, please contact your credit card company first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If you need to exchange your product for the same item (different size), please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what kind of exchange you want to make. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and send the new item requested to the address of the original order.

If you are in the continental United States, we are happy to provide a return shipping label, just email the request to email@example.com and we will send you one. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you. It will vary by location, but feel free to reach out if you think there's an issue and we'd be glad to help!
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
