Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We are a small business, so every return is a big deal to us. Please try on your new gear when you receive it so we don't miss the return/exchange window of 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. We want you to love your new gear, and if you don't, we want to help you return or exchange it.
Refunds (when applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the returned products are dirty and/or have been obviously worn several times, we won't be able to provide you a refund. We know that most people return because they don't like the fit or it's just not what they expected - and we totally understand - it's really hard to buy clothing online! If the returned products are clean and in good condition, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. We will let you know via email either way!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We offer prompt refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet and we have informed you that we have approved one, please contact your credit card company first. It may take a few days before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve already done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be glad to jump in and find out what's going on.
If you need to exchange your product for the same item (different size), please send us an email at email@example.com to let us know what kind of exchange you want to make so we can check stock on the new size(s) you need. For all exchanges, you will need to pay shipping to send the item back to us. However, we will ship the new size(s) back to you at no additional cost. Once we receive your returned item (in new condition), we will process the exchange and send the new size(s) requested to the address of the original order. To avoid all this as much as possible, please check our size charts before you place your order. If you aren't sure about sizing, we are happy to help! Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you. It will vary by location, but feel free to reach out if you think there's an issue and we'd be glad to help!
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What is Not Returnable?
- Items not purchased at mozziestyle.com (i.e. - a third party reseller or auction sale).
- Close out items marked "final sale".
- For hygienic reasons, items that are washed or worn.
- International purchases.
