Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Hey there! We are a small business and every return is a big deal to us, but we want to make sure you're happy with your new gear. So, as soon as you receive it, try it on and give it a whirl! If you need to return or exchange, below are all the details:

Return Policy
We allow returns and exchanges within 30-days of your purchase. If it's been more than 30 days since you placed your order, items can still be returned and exchanged but there will be a 30% restocking fee deducted. We do not offer returns after 60 days of your purchase. 

Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, don't sweat it! We've got you covered with our easy exchange process. Just shoot us an email at orders@mozziestyle.com and we'll work with you to find the perfect fit. You'll need to ship the original item back to us (in its new, unworn condition) and cover the shipping cost. We will cover the cost of shipping the new size(s) back to you. 

How to Return/Exchange
To return or exchange your product(s), please pack and mail your product(s) to: Mozzie Style, 13104 Beekman Dr., Piedmont, OK 73078.

Once you have sent it, please shoot us an email at orders@mozziestyle.com and let us know it's coming. That way we know to keep an eye out for it. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, it may take a few days for your exchanged product to reach you. It will vary by location, but feel free to reach out if you think there's an issue and we'd be glad to help!

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What is Not Returnable?

  • Items not purchased at mozziestyle.com (i.e. - a third party reseller or auction sale).
  • Close out items marked "final sale". 
  • For hygienic reasons, items that are washed or dirty.
  • International purchases.

Refunds (when applicable)
We totally get it - buying clothes online can be tough. Sometimes it just doesn't work out. If you are within the time frame for a return (see above), as soon as we receive your return, we'll shoot you an email to let you know we've got it. And don't worry, we won't judge if looks like you tried it on a few times. But, if the returned products are a little too "loved" (aka dirty), we won't be able to give you a refund - sorry, not sorry. On the bright side, if everything checks out, we'll get that refund processed and applied to your original method of payment. We'll make sure to keep you in the loop every step of the way, so keep an eye on your inbox.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We are always on top of our game when it comes to refunds. If you're eagerly waiting for your refund and it hasn't shown up yet, don't fret! Give your credit card company a little nudge first, as it may take a few days before it shows up on your statement. If you've already done this and still no luck, shoot us an email at orders@mozziestyle.com and we'll be more than happy to hop on the case.
