I live in SE Texas, biting bugs are a year round issue! I have a dog that requires regular walks and I don't want to putting on a spray or cream every morning and every evening to do this, over time that can't be healthy. I bought the suit and the evening of its arrival I took my dog for a walk, NO BITES!!! Usually, a walk with him produces any where from 3 to 10 new mosquito bites; I saw them around, but no bites, they did not get through the suit!!! I am 5'10 1/4" with a 33 inch inseam and equally long arms. I purchased XL in both the top and bottom and I really think I could have purchased the L top. I will probably do that when I buy my 2nd suit, because there will be a 2nd one. I am also a birdwatcher and while bug repellent works for mosquitoes, it does not work on black flies, the suit stop black flies from biting me! It breathes well, but it does hold onto some body heat, but wearing bug repellent causes that, too, so I really didn't notice being overheated. The suit also has a little bit of water repellence to it, as I spilled some on myself and it rolled right off. I did a little gardening in it, as well, and it moves and does not bind when reaching and bending while weeding and harvesting tomatoes.

I'm glad I bought this hat. I like that the netting sits away from my face and neck. It'll be great to work in the buggy areas of the yard and I can finally take a walk to see the herons and beavers at the mosquito filled overflow on our reservoir.

We bought a medium for my son. He's just about to turn 5, 43 inches, 41 lbs. It fits really well over clothes. We are mainly using it for our cabin which has a lot of mosquitoes at night. He finds it comfortable and cool.

Wore out got first time yesterday and material is soft and comfortable. Generously sized. Assume worked on bugs. Didn’t notice new bites.

Love them! Excellent quality! We live in rural north country where black flies, mosquitoes, deer flies and horse flies happen all summer. They love me so I wear the pants & jacket to garden in the yard. Thank you.

The jacket works well. I use it when I’m mowing. I love that nothing sticks to it like it does to a shirt and protects me from the ticks. I also got the socks at the same time as they were out of the pants. They don’t stay up. Also, they are one size. I take a women’s 9 shoe and they are just big enough for my foot. There is no way a man could get his foot into them.

Though I've only tried this in my Texas backyard, I would say I've already seen success! Ordinarily, mosquitoes go right for me but last 2 x's I've had the Shrugbug jacket on (along w/ my own pants) I did not get targeted. I'm 5'9, considered lean and tall, and weigh approx 145lbs) and I purchased a MEDIUM (fits nice on torso, great arm length, billowy sleeves as they say: the more the fabric 'floats away' from your body the better IF something were to land on you). Very interested to try it during road trips to various states (Florida, etc). Thank you

Great product! Dang mosquitoes sit on top of the fabric and can’t get in BAHHHHHHHH. Little suckers no more. And the customer service (thanks Jenny) was immediate and solution based 100%. My vote is for coveralls for adults with a long zipper down the center front.

Love it!

These pants solved years of useless bug repellents. They are breathable, well made and fit well over anything that I wear. (5'5" 130 pounds in a medium). Worth the money!
