Product was a no see um

Ordered 9 days ago, product never arrived. But a request for a review showed up in my email.

Hi Lori! I just looked at your tracking and it looks like you are in Sarasota and your order has been delayed due to the hurricane. It shows that we shipped it out via USPS on Oct 7th after you ordered late in the evening on Oct 4th. It's still in transit today (Oct 14th). Do you have your tracking number we sent you via email? After camping at a festival that had more mosquitoes than people, I decided to purchase this jacket with the matching pants.
